Directions for use: Place 20 drops (1ml) under the tongue to obtain a dosage of 15mg on our 1000mg Paste, 30mg on our 2000mg Paste and 45mg on our 3000mg Paste. Leave in the mouth for 5-10 minutes for optimum absorption. This dose can be repeated as needed, up to a maximum dose of 200mg per day
